Crimpmaster Propcorn Applicator The Crimpmaster is a purpose built low pressure applicator used in conjunction with a controlled flowmeter for the accurate application of additives for Crimping or Propcorn moist grain treatments. The Crimpmaster consist of: - Stem pump Switch box Controlled flowmeter 10m of cable 10m of tubing Outputs (open flow) 0.5 - 4 litres per minute 0.5 - 8 litres per minute

This is a typical set up for applying a preservatives such as propcorn, Urea or other types of liquid
treatments to wheat, barley or other cereal grains and pulses. Preservatives are normally applied
using bruising or crimping mills or via an auger system. Crimping or bruiser mills are likely have
an application point that the output hose can fitted directly to but if using an auger type system
then it may give better application of the preservative if either a spray jet of spray lance are used.

  • Diaphragm Pumps - Add a filter!

    Shurflo and other manufacturer warranty is void if pump is used without a filter. Be sure to add one to your setup to keep debris out of the pump and extend its lifespan.
