Spraytech Standard Pump Controller

This unit allows the operator a simple method of controlling 12V pumps of up to 10 amps. Up and down buttons vary speed/output and there is also a built in on/off button.

Set Up

The Controller will need the calibration to be set before it will drive the pump
Please ensure on the pump is connected to the Controller and that all valves are open
Set a flow rate then Press the enter and up buttons together ( 2 outside buttons)
Cal wil show ( the factory default is 0)
Then using the up arrow increase cal until the pump starts to run

Press enter again and Set appears on the controller

  • Diaphragm Pumps - Add a filter!

    Shurflo and other manufacturer warranty is void if pump is used without a filter. Be sure to add one to your setup to keep debris out of the pump and extend its lifespan.
